Christmas Eve with the less fortunate

Christmas Eve I played my harp at The Bridgeport†Café.

This Cafe was started by The Working Centre in 2009 and hosted at

Emmanuel United Church.

The Bridgeport Café is now entirely run by Waterloo Wayside volunteers.

The Café offers warmth, hot food

and fellowship for a variety of people, including families that have recently arrived in Canada, retired or disabled, persons coping with low incomes, those experiencing

housing instabilty and those dealing with addiction.

The Café is open Tuesdays to Thursdays from 2:00pm to

4:30pm.
